Plates or trays with themes concocted according to the arrivals of the lagoon and the bush accompanied by vegetables and fresh herbs from our garden or from the producers of the region, tartare and rillettes of the lagoon, lobster or grilled fish on the plancha, crab fresh out of the mangroves are part of the suggestions.

Our restaurant Faré The Sleeping Shark with its terrace overlooking the lagoon will welcome you in the morning for a generous continental breakfast.

Lunch

At lunch, our chef will offer table d’hôte slate-style cuisine, made exclusively from fresh produce.

Dinner

For dinner, a unique menu prepared by our chef can be delivered to you by reservation in your villa.

In the evening, an aperitif can be served in the garden around a brazier or comfortably installed in the Faré. A choice of tapas to enjoy with a cocktail or a glass from our selection of wines and champagne can be served.
